About Vadym
Hi there my name is Vadym and I am a new tattoo artist here in Calgary!
I have been drawing for my whole life because nothing compares to the feeling of creating something unique and beautiful. Before tattooing I worked for years as a 2D Artist in the videogame industry, which helped me hone my artistic abilities. Design, values, color, composition – I always enjoyed working and improving all of these skills through the years of my career. Nowadays I get to apply them to capture valuable mementos of people’s lives, be it a valuable memory shared with friends and family members or just your favourite character from your favourite anime. I can’t wait to tell your story!
I’m always inspired by media and pieces of art around me. I love good storytelling and try to incorporate it in my own designs usually inspired by movies, anime, books, tv shows and video games. I am especially fond of more anime, illustrative and graphic tattoos, but also have experience working with wide variety of other styles.
I think the most beautiful thing about people is how passionate we get about stuff we truly love and I can’t wait to help you capture your passion on skin!
